Nice clean rooms. Thank you staff. Very nice staff, clean pool, work out room and bbq grills to use. A+ for the clean rooms looks like no one has ever used it before.
After checking reviews of the other hotels in the area, we checked into this one. We are happy we did. Room is great, the shower needs a little help from some water wear but that is about it. Breakfast and the pool was great, only thing I that I always feel sad about is the Orange Juice is this watered down orange water I call it, that most hotels serve. I wish they could have real OJ. But they all seem to have this approach. Suggestion; put juice boxes out for us OJ lovers. Lol. I was very happy with the coffee and rest of the breakfast offerings however. See you next time!
This is possibly the best hotel in Chickasha. Evan and Amanda were super helpful and handled my request with ease. I always appreciate a kind and caring staff, especially when my kids are traveling with me. The rooms were clean and spacious. Even the housekeeper that did our service had a smile on her face. I also love that they don't keep their pull out sheets in the rooms so we always know they're fresh. Thank you for a great stay! I want to also shout out to the managers because they even gave their employees Thanksgiving off and it shows they actually care!
Beautiful hotel! Very clean. Staff is all very friendly and accommodating. Its very obvious that the Housekeeping team works hard at what they do! Fresh towels and nicely tucked beds everyday. Best place to stay when visiting Chickasha!
Absolutely loved our stay here. All the staff was helpful social and accommodating. Everyone there seemed to love their job and was happy. The decorations are very nice. The patio is so peaceful and tranquil. The breakfast was good and fresh. We were a little late getting down but we were not rushed. They started to clean while we were finishing and they made sure we got everything we wanted before they closed up. The manager at the front desk was sweet kind and helpful. The employees were all warm and welcoming. Will definitely go back.
Absolutely stunning hotel, I'm including a pic of the lobby but it came out a bit blurry and doesn't do it justice at all! They absolutely transformed the entire lobby entrance into a beautiful harvest wonderland. It's obvious that a lot of care and attention is given to this property! The breakfast is clean, well stocked, and fresh with quite a bit of variety! Housekeeping did an excellent job on my room and respected my wish for privacy during the bulk of my extended stay.
Great place to stay area food and the receptionist Josh at the front desk was awesome greatly appreciate of his service and patience. Definitely recommend him for any service.
This is our third time staying at the Best Western while attending an alpaca show at the nearby agriculture center, and we always look forward returning to see Carol and her team. Hospitality isn't easy, but they make it look very easy for you to feel at home. There are always exquisite seasonal decorations in the lobby, a top of the line cappuccino machine, free bottled water in the cooler, and a smile on their faces.
